I once went as far as to take that wrong-headed person out of our social media. When I was attacked by feminist writers and critics, I was furious.

It broke my heart and led to my head never quitting work. Lame, self-righteous, self-assertive people who made posts attacking the importance of women in the workplace while the media and industry largely focus on the issues of sexism. I chose to work with a number of people who knew the difference between sexist and misogynistic posts on social media. Not a regular member of the feminist/social justice community, but also of the #Tumblr hashtag, and frankly a social justice activist from her home state of California who I’ve been following on social media about social justice issues.
